ENGINEERS - ARCHITECTS - PLANNERS

These four historic buildings located on the Fort Sam Houston Army Post were built in 1903 as barracks to house Army troops that were stationed in San Antonio.

 

This project hardened the facilities to current USDoD AT/FP standards while preserving significant historical value to the building exteriors.  CSG provided the designs for mechanical HVAC, plumbing, electrical lighting, power and communications, along with energy modeling to achieve LEED Silver certification.
