This 13-story building was built in the late 1960’s as a banking and office center.  The project involves bringing all areas up to current NEC, NFPA, Life Safety and ADA Codes Compliance, in addition to a full renovation of exterior and interior to update the facility to the “state of the art” in office buildings. Each floor is being completely renovated and fitted with BACnet-compliant building automation features that integrate mechanical, electrical, security access, video surveillance, LAN and internet systems.
